We are constantly working quietly in the background; communicating with global and on-the-ground partners - anticipating challenges and planning for them ahead of time - ensuring we have at least two backup plans. With that said, we understand the nuances of travel well enough to know that the unexpected can still happen, no matter how well you plan or anticipate. Someone on our team is available to provide support 24/7 - from the moment you leave your doorstep through your safe return home.

While we specialize in complex itineraries- including domestic and international multi-city/multi-country journeys - especially as it pertains to luxury leisure, group, and corporate travel, though our services expand well beyond these types of travel.

The sooner the better, when possible, but it really depends on the complexities and goals of your travel. We have clients who reach out a year or more in advance, and others who need to travel next week.

For international travel, we recommend contacting us at least 6 - 8 months prior to your planned departure date so we can best leverage our access and partnerships on your behalf.

Generally, less advance notice is necessary for domestic travel.
