Odyssey by Paperwings
Odyssey by Paperwings is an impact-driven travel initiative supporting Opportunity Travelers—individuals or groups presented with a life-changing opportunity who require travel support and partial or full financial backing. The initiative connects these travelers with donors and philanthropic organizations, operating at the intersection of travel logistics, philanthropic funding, and operational accountability. Its purpose is to address a critical gap where traditional travel agencies and grant-based programs often fall short.
Most organizations manage either funding or travel coordination. Odyssey by Paperwings exists to manage the space in between. We are building a model that provides end-to-end operational support for donor-funded travel, including traveler vetting, donor engagement, travel planning and logistics, risk management, and post-travel impact reporting—ensuring transformational journeys are executed responsibly, transparently, and sustainably.
Through partnerships with individual travelers, nonprofit organizations, institutions, and philanthropic partners, Paperwings & Co. transforms complex, high-stakes travel into well-managed, impact-aligned experiences with measurable outcomes.
Founded by Tori Jackson, CTA, a travel and operations expert with experience across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Odyssey by Paperwings was created to ensure that meaningful opportunities do not end where logistics begin.
Some journeys are defined less by the destination and more by what they make possible.
