In 2026, Paperwings & Co. was founded by Tori Jackson as a natural extension of a lifelong relationship with travel—one shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for the people and places encountered along the way.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Tori Jackson, CTA

With more than fifteen years of experience spanning operations, administration, and the arts, Tori has built a career at the intersection of vision and execution. Her background in the performing arts, paired with extensive operational and administrative leadership, informs an approach rooted in listening, structure, and thoughtful coordination. This rare combination provides the space to manage complex systems, people, and logistics with clarity—ensuring that ambitious ideas are supported by calm, capable execution.

A Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Tori specializes in designing and overseeing multi-city/country and international travel for individuals and groups alike. Known for anticipating needs and navigating complexity with ease, she brings a steady, responsive presence to every journey—transforming intricate logistics into experiences that feel seamless and well cared for.

Having lived and worked across diverse settings, Tori approaches travel with a global perspective and a strong respect for context. She believes meaningful experiences are built on trust, preparation, and relationships—often shaped as much by what happens behind the scenes as by what unfolds along the way.

Tori resides in Michigan with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

When she’s not designing travel, thinking about travel, or traveling herself, Tori can often be found at the baseball fields with her family, freelancing as a teaching artist, or tucked away somewhere learning something new.

In her free time, Tori enjoys cooking, curling up with a good book, and days at the lake with family and friends.

Someday, when life slows down a bit, she dreams of gardening and amateur beekeeping.
